Bible education prepares them to be responsible adults, contributing community citizens, and Godly teachers. It all begins with an idea. When did this become legal?
In 1952, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld RTE programs as legal in all 50 states as long as three conditions are met:
1.) Classes are held off school premises/property.
2.) Students have parental permission to attend.
3.) Classes are privately funded.
